The two bikes share their engine and chassis. The road-biased TRK 552 gets 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends. It gets Pirelli tyres, a 120-section front and a 160-section rear. The off-road-focused TRK 552X uses a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels. It gets cross-spoke wheels and Metzeler tyres, a 110-section front and a 150-section rear.
