It scored 78.69. It is one of the oldest IITs and offers a wide spread of MTech specialisations.
6/10IIT Roorkee (Uttarakhand)
It scored 75.44. It is a long-established institute with notable strength in civil, mechanical and electrical streams.
7/10IIT Hyderabad (Telangana)
It scored 72.31 and moved up one place. It is a newer IIT with a growing research profile.
8/10IIT Guwahati (Assam)
It scored 72.24, just behind IIT Hyderabad. It is the leading option for GATE aspirants in the north-east.
9/10NIT Tiruchirappalli (Tamil Nadu)
It scored 68.14. It is the only non-IIT in the top 10, which makes it the top NIT for MTech seekers.
10/10IIT Banaras (BHU)
