The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) has released the CAT admit card 2026 on the official website iimcat.ac.in. Candidates who have filled the application form for CAT exam 2026 can now download their CAT hall ticket 2026 by using their login credentials.

As per the official notification, the CAT 2026 exam will be conducted in three slots on November 29.

Exam date and slots

CAT 2026 will be held on Sunday, November 29, as a computer-based test. There are three sessions of two hours each. The morning slot runs from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, with reporting at 7 am and the gate closing at 8:15 am.

The afternoon slot runs from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, with reporting at 11 am and the gate closing at 12:15 pm. The evening slot is scheduled from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

How to download the CAT admit card 2026

  1. Open iimcat.ac.in.
  2. Click the admit card link on the homepage.
  3. Log in with the user ID and password created during registration.
  4. Check the details, then download the PDF.
  5. Take printouts.

The CAT hall ticket 2026 is issued as a PDF and requires the registered user ID and password.

What to check on the CAT admit card?

Candidates should read the card carefully as soon as they download it. It carries the exam date, the allotted slot and the test centre.

In earlier years the card has also included a Google Maps link to the centre and the exam-day instructions.

If candidates find any error in name, photo or signature, they should immediately contact with the CAT helpdesk.

What to carry on exam day

The admit card is a must for entry, and it has to be shown along with valid photo identification.

In earlier years, the instructions asked candidates to carry printed copies of the admit card and an original photo ID, and not to sign the card in advance, since it is signed in front of the invigilator inside the hall.

Candidates should also confirm the route to their centre and keep documents ready a day before.
