The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, which is conducting the Common Admission Test this year, has pushed the admit card release from November 4 to November 6. Candidates waiting for their CAT 2026 hall tickets will have to wait two more days. The exact reason for the postponment of CAT admit card is not given.

Based on the officials, CAT 2026 exam will be held in three sessions on November 29:

  • Slot 1: 8:30 am to 10:30 am
  • Slot 2: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
  • Slot 3: 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Candidates will find their allotted slot and test centre on the admit card.

How to download the CAT 2026 admit card

  1. Visit the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
  2. Click on the CAT 2026 admit card link on the homepage.
  3. Log in with your user ID and password.
  4. Your admit card will appear on the screen.
  5. Check all the details, then download it and take a clear printout.

What to carry on exam day

Candidates should bring a printed copy of the admit card and a valid original photo ID. They should check the name, photo, test slot and centre details on the hall ticket as soon as it is released. 

Any discrepancy should be reported to the CAT helpdesk without delay.

Aspirants are advised to keep checking the official website for updates.
