Bigg Boss 20 episode update: The drama inside the Bigg Boss 20 house reached a peak during the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode. With filmmaker Rohit Shetty stepping in to host in place of Salman Khan, the show addressed the mounting controversy surrounding ScoutOP (Tanmay Singh), his girlfriend Kaashvi Hiranandani, and fellow contestant Lovepreet 'Love' Kaur Gill.
While the episode saw emotional confrontations over Scout and Love's disputed "sibling" bond, it was a casual comment by actor Amrapali Dubey that drew the host's sharpest reprimand.
The tension peaked when streamer and content creator Kaashvi Hiranandani appeared on stage to address Scout's growing physical closeness with Love Gill, specifically referring to instances where Scout massaged Love’s feet, hands, and neck.
Throughout the tense interaction, Kaashvi repeatedly referred to herself merely as Scout's "friend," despite their established relationship outside the house. In response, a visibly distraught Scout insisted on television that he loved her and could not afford to lose her.
As Kaashvi prepared to leave the stage following the confrontation, housemate Amrapali Dubey interjected, saying: "Hum tumhe bhabhi bulane lage hain, Kaashvi, don't forget that."
The comment visibly annoyed Rohit Shetty, who immediately called out Amrapali for making light of a sensitive situation while Scout and Love's cozy interactions were being broadcast nationwide.
Lashing out at Amrapali and the housemates, Rohit stated: "Bewakoof lag rahe ho, Amrapali, aap log… jo television par chal raha hai, yeh sab bolke." (You guys are looking foolish saying all this, given what is actually playing out on television).
Take a look:
AMRAPALI: "Hum toh bhabhi bulane lage the..." ROHIT SHETTY: "Bewakoof lag rahe ho." 💀🤣 That was BRUTAL. https://t.co/p2mLfRschZ

Caught off guard by the director's harsh reaction, Amrapali apologised and attempted to clarify her stance, explaining that she had spoken based on the ongoing conversations inside the house.
However, Rohit Shetty emphasised the real-world impact of the housemates' actions on Kaashvi's emotional state. "Jo ladki pyaar karti hai, uske saath kya beet rahi hai, aapko pata hai?" (Do you know what a girl who loves him is going through right now?) he asked.
He further noted that while the gaming community might offer support, social media was already flooded with videos picking apart the controversy. Pointing out the hypocrisy, Shetty questioned how the housemates could casually use titles like 'bhabhi' while footage of Scout massaging Love's feet was simultaneously airing on television, urging everyone inside the house to show greater sensitivity.
