ICAI CA foundation September 2026 result tomorrow; Check steps to download here

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to announce the CA Foundation September 2026 result tomorrow, November 6, 2026. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their scorecards on the ICAI result portal, caresults.icai.org.

The exam was held on September 2, 5, 7 and 9. ICAI is expected to release the overall pass percentage, the All India Ranks and the toppers list along with the results.

To clear the Foundation level, candidates need at least 40 per cent marks in each paper and 50 per cent in aggregate. Those who pass become eligible to register for the CA Intermediate course, the second level of the chartered accountancy programme.

Once the result is out, candidates can check by following the instructions given below:

1. Go to caresults.icai.org.
2. Click the link for the CA Foundation September 2026 result.
3. Enter your registration number and roll number.
4. Fill in the captcha and click submit.
5. Your scorecard will appear on the screen. Download it and keep a printed copy.

Candidates should keep their registration and roll numbers ready in order to avoid last-minute rush.

Candidates who pass can register for CA Intermediate. Those who do not clear the exam can appear again in January 2027, when ICAI will hold the CA Foundation exam on January 3, 5, 7 and 9.

Mock tests for that attempt begin on December 1, and ICAI will conduct them in physical or virtual mode.
