As of now, candidates must know that the JEE Main registration date 2027 has not been declared, but the examination authority has announced JEE Main Session 1 exam date, which will be held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, 29 and 30, 2027.
The JEE Main 2027 exam will be conducted in computer-based mode. The information bulletin, when released, will carry the last date to apply, eligibility rules, exam pattern and other instructions.
Documents required for JEE Main session 1 exam
Once the information bulletin is out, students will be able to know the complete set of documents that are required for the JEE Main application form. Based on the previous application details, candidates can keep the following details ready, which include:
- a recent photograph (a live photo may also be asked for)
- a scanned copy of their signature
- Aadhaar details or another accepted ID
- Class 10 marksheet or certificate, for date of birth and academic details
- Class 12 marksheet or details of the qualifying exam
- SC, ST, OBC-NCL or EWS certificate, if applicable, in the current valid format
- PwD/PwBD certificate, if applicable
- a working mobile number and email ID, which will be used for verification and official messages
- a debit card, credit card, net banking or any other payment option the portal accepts for the fee
How to apply for JEE Main session 1 exam 2027
Once the JEE Main application window is open, candidates need to:
1. Open jeemain.nta.nic.in and click the JEE Main 2027 Session 1 registration link.
2. Now, register on the portal.
3. Then, create the login credentials.
4. Now, fill in the application form.
5. Select exam preferences.
6. Upload the required documents.
7. Then, pay the application fee.
8. Review the form and submit it.
9. Download the confirmation page.
