These five entrepreneurs are driving innovation across healthcare manufacturing, B2B marketing, D2C products, AI-powered process management, and sustainable water treatment in India.

 1. Harshul Rai, Managing Director of Indore-based H&H Healthcare & Cosmetics

Harshul is building India’s next-generation nutraceutical manufacturing business. Rai leads a Rs 400 crore-plus CDMO. It currently serves over 60 brands like Glanbia, Cipla, Alkem, GNC, Torrent, Mankind, and doTERRA. H&H is India’s first US FDA-registered nutraceutical manufacturer and runs Herbalife’s only dedicated facility in Asia. The plant has 16 manufacturing

and packaging lines and over 40 HPLCs. Rai pioneered technologies and ingredients like wet-bead Dyno milling, Lödige blending, NMN, yeast protein, and pasteurised Akkermansia in India. His Rs 600 crore Pithampur facility is set for commercial production in 2028.

 2. Prity Kar, Founder and CEO, Xpercent Growth

Prity Kar is helping B2B companies turn the right prospects into meaningful sales conversations with planned outreach and buyer research. Apart from running a global marketing agency that generates Rs 50–60 lakh in revenue, she also works as a consultant, speaker, and trainer.

Prity also leads a community of over 200 businesses and solopreneurs.

3. Shardul Yande (24), Co-Founder, Agrofield

He is just 24. As co-founder of Agrofield, which he started with Rohan Ganediwal in 2021, Shardul Yande has built a D2C brand of wood-pressed oils and A2 bilona ghee. Half of its customers return seeking more, a mark of the trust the brand has earned over time. Agrofield recently raised funding at a million-dollar valuation.

4. Faisal Manzer, Co-Founder, ProHQ

Faisal Manzer and Asher Toufeeq kept noticing the same thing. In most companies, work lives are on WhatsApp and Excel, and checking on it means a phone with proper internet connections. The problem arises when one is at sites and factory floors, where signals drop. ProHQ.ai gives every company process management software built around how it already works.

Start from one of 30+ apps across 12+ industries, describe how you work in Hindi, Tamil, Arabic, or German, and in minutes AI makes it yours, online or offline.

5. Azim Dinani, Co-Founder and COO, Hydrocell

Azim Dinani is building Hydrocell. According to him, India's industrial growth and responsible water management must advance together. Hydrocell is offering affordable Indian alternatives to global brands like NCH, Ecolab, and Veolia. Hydrocell has helped over 100 companies to save more than 100 million liters of water annually.

Their portfolio includes cooling tower chemicals, boiler water treatment chemicals, RO antiscalants, and water treatment plants. Hydrocell has developed SolarisMax, a solar panel cleaning liquid; CoilMax, an HVAC, AHU, radiator, and AC coil cleaner; and ScalyX, a biodegradable industrial descaling chemical for stubborn mineral deposits.
